Our menu is characterized by the use of high quality ingredients from local farmers, together with the simplicity and genuineness typical for the alpine cuisine.
The research of management methods with low impact on the delicate ecosystem that surrounds us is constantly evolving. The renovation of Daniele's grandparents' old house was done to implement environmentally sustainable solutions. Some examples include the addition of energy-saving thermal insulation of the building, geothermal heating system, solar panels, controlled ventilation and cable internet to reduce magnetic waves. We also reuse rainwater for irrigation, use lime-based plasters, and recovered all of the timber found on site.
